Wraysbury FC - Mens Team

As an ex Wraysbury player, and the current President of WVFC, when the opportunity came about to help to rebuild the Club, it was a simple decision to make and I am proud to see how far we have come thanks to tremendous support of a strong committee who all have a deep-rooted love of our Village and our game.

Back in 2002 we held an event to celebrate 100 years of the Clubs existence with ex-players, current players , old adversaries and supporters showing their passion for this wonderful Club that has been in existence now for 118 years. That passion had lied dormant for a number of years and we were in a difficult place both financially and in how we were represented on the pitch, but now we have a flourishing youth section , a strong ladies squad and a senior mens team that I feel are bringing Wraysbury back to where they belong. Plus we have steadied the ship financially.

I am head of the first team football off the field and I feel sure our new squad can produce a team to inspire our youngsters, the ladies, and help to encourage our continued development and success.
